Yes, after you have applied to become a distributor or retail partner, one of our representatives will provide you with the details regarding minimum order quantities.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes, Tones is an international brand, so we ship almost everywhere in the world! Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Perfection within reach is our motto. If you are not satisfied, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping and handling costs). Products must be returned in new or gently used condition and in original packaging. Tones monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Returns are subject to validation and approval at Tones' discretion.
What should I do about damaged product?
We do our best to package our products to ensure no items arrive damaged while in transit. In the small chance a product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact our customer service team for damaged product replacements via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (866) 680-8032 within 30 days of purchase.
When will my order ship?
You can expect your Tones product(s) to ship from the warehouse within 1-2 business days (MF 8AM – 4PM, excluding holidays). During sales, holidays and during new product launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
